MO_40V voucher with eFile?

I eFiled my Missouri tax form from TurboTax, but TT said to fill out the following state form, and the MO-40V voucher form came up. MO-40V seems to be the voucher that accompanies a mailed-in check payment.  Though I've eFiled with direct withdrawal bank information, do I still need to mail in the MO-40V voucher form?

If you did a direct debit, you do not need to mail in the voucher. I would make sure your payment was withdrawn from your bank and that your tax has been paid.
