The second arrow at the top says in part, "Enter appropriate amounts from the Property Tax Statement on this worksheet." I assume that you have the Property Tax Statement.

So the first field ( the one marked in red) is the taxes payable in 2023. The second field is the taxes payable in 2022. And so on. See the headings for the meaning.

I do not have a Property Tax Worksheet, not owning land in Minnesota. If you have questions, please contact the State of Minnesota at this page.

You can do the M1PR as part of your MN return. Indeed most of the fields on the M1NR come off your federal and state tax return, and TurboTax will plug them in automatically.

Where did you see this question, "Use this amount on Form M1PR to see if you're eligible for a homestead tax refund." It wasn't in the TurboTax interview, was it?

Are you thinking of entering the M1PR online at the state website?
