Missouri State tax - I am Part Year Resident and Spouse Non-resident, Should I file married Jointly or Single

I am treated as part resident in Missouri as I have moved out of Missouri to a foriegn country on March 6th. But my wife has not stayed in Missouri in 2017 and she was staying in Foreign country. When filing Missouri state tax, should i file as married filing jointly or Single. I am filing as Married jointly in Federal returns

Since your spouse was not a resident of MO all year, then to avoid her income being taxed in MO, you would still be able to file your federal income taxes jointly but you would want to file your state income taxes as married filing separately.
