For years, the program has indicated that Form M1PR Minnesota Property Tax Refund - it defaults as checked.  The box cannot be unchecked and the State Review calls this an error.  I do not qualify for the refund.  Can this be fixed?

My suggestion is to try to delete the form. if online, go to tax tools>tools>delete a form. delete M1PR from your Minnesota forms. If using the software, go to the forms mode in your software. Select M1PR from your Minnesota state forms.  When this appears in the right pane of your return, select delete form at the bottom of the form.

Actually, deleting the form did not solve the problem.  I discovered that there was a box checked on the Minnesota Individual Info Worksheet, Part IV Other Information that was causing the problem.
