Minnesota Form M1W

When I attempt to submit my filing, it says it needs more information for an entry, and on form M1W it's asking for information for lines a3, a4, and a5, but I only have two W-2s. Not sure what to do as it appears to be stuck without entering something.

Well, I seem to have brute forced myself through it. I entered dummy information, which still produced the same result, but then I deleted the dummy information and it went through. That's two weird buggy issues with Turbotax Minnesota state efile.
