I don't know why you are unable to be added to the email list for your Michigan forms availability, but you can check with this table to see estimated dates. One of the columns there is for printed form dates.

I did review the link you sent.
It listed when certain forms would be released.
I launched TurboTax right away & a few Michigan items were updated along with other items.
However, I still do not have the ability to print out my Michigan taxes, or my city tax forms.
The listing indicated that other items will be updated on 02-04-201, so I will have to wait.
If that still does not fix the issue is there a problem with the version of TurboTax I purchased ?
I have the Deluxe version on a Windows laptop which I purchased at Costco.
Thank you,
David

You should be able to view or print any form that has been released by first opening your return. Once open, go the upper left corner of the TurboTax interface and click on the FILE menu, and in the dropdown choose PRINT. Then you can choose a specific form (or forms) to preview in a PDF and print. You may even be able to print some forms that are not finalized, in which case the form should have a watermark that says "DO NOT FILE--FORM NOT FINAL" on it (or similar words).
The main form, MI-1040 resident state return, is showing as "available" to be printed. Only you will know what additional forms/schedules are in your Michigan return.
As for a city return, when I look at the Michigan forms availability list, I see that the Michigan Common City Form CF-1040 (if you happen to be using that) is not available for printing until 2/04. Or if it prints, it may say DO NOT FILE on it.
Another way to view and print is to go into FORMS MODE. Once in Forms Mode, you'll see a list in the left column of all the forms in your Federal, state, and city returns. Choose the one you want to view, and it will display in the Form frame. There should be a PRINT button way down at the bottom.
If you have any further problem with this issue, here's how to phone the folks at TurboTax Support. They are open 7 days a week, 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern).
You can get a phone number using this form:
