MD State and County In One?

I'm filing my MD state taxes with TurboTax.  I see it has the information for my county in the return.  Do I still need to file with Howard county, or is that covered by this?

You are correct.  You will not need to file a separate county return.  Maryland reconciles the local taxes as part of their state return, as you can see in this Maryland State website:  http://taxes.marylandtaxes.com/Individual_Taxes/Individual_Tax_Types/Income_Tax/Tax_Information/Tax_...
