Massachusetts State Form - Part II Deductions, Line 1

When reviewing Part II Deductions on the MA State form NR/PY on line 1, the form seems to incorrectly be calculating the MA portion vs. the Non-MA portion. The Total (All States) amount is accurate though - a sum of all soc sec I've paid in 2 states and all medicare I've paid in 2 states. It is using the total medicare amount I've paid across the 2 states in the MA portion and the total soc. sec amount I've paid across the 2 states for the Non-MA portion. This doesn't seem accurate & perhaps a bug - can someone help?

No, it doesn't sound right. What is the other state that you have a filing requirement in?
