Massachusetts return has duplicate State Schedule D & E appended instead of Federal

I'm ready to file after receiving an extension for TY 2024. I printed a copy for review and noticed something odd on my Massachusetts return: instead of the Federal Schedule D & E pages that are normally appended (both in years past and the copy I printed in April), it now has duplicate copies of the Massachusetts Schedule D & E pages. This seems like an error -- I'd hope this is only a print preview mistake, but is it going to affect e-filing as well?
