MA State Form 1 and CMS scheduler

I'm using TurboTax Deluxe w/State and I am trying to efile my MA State Return. When TurboTax analyzes the MA state return I get 2 errors that tell me I cannot file because 2 forms "Massachusetts Individual Form 1Resident Tax Return" and "Massachusetts Individual Schedule CMS Credit Manager Scheduler" need to be updated. Would like to know if this is a legit error/condition or possibly some bug? Is TurboTax still awaiting/integrating these forms into TurboTax Deluxe?

Yes, those are legit errors/conditions. The state of Massachusetts has not finalized all their tax forms so your state income tax return can't be E-filed or printed at this time.

Please check the TurboTax FAQ State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products to see when the return will be finalized and available for E-filing and printing.
