I received my state tax check of $25 that was sent to me last year endorsed it and even by taking a picture of it or to add it to my account it didn't work within the by the next day I had lost the check can I have that sent back to to me again for another one written and sent to me again through direct deposit

You would have to contact the Department of Taxation for your state and request a replacement for the check you lost.
