Live in IL worked in KY briefly. I had 11.46 withheld for Local Income. Turbo tax does not allow me to enter tax withheld and shows I've paid 0. How do I correct this?

On which form are you talking about? You can claim a credit on your IL return for this amount, but I need to know first what you are trying to enter so I can assist you.

On my w2, box 19 contains an amount for KY; when filing my KY return in Turbo Tax, I am not given an option to enter the amount in box 19. My KY review shows $0 paid.
