Lack of support for Hawaii Form N-158

I am just curious as to why TurboTax can't do anything with this form. It looks nearly identical to California form 3526.

Is there a real reason why this form can't be filled out by Turbotax? Or for that matter, why the lack of this form makes it impossible for me to e-file?
