Issue with state return

Hi for some reason my state is including a dependent although I selected “none”. Why is that? I cannot finish my filing until this is cleared.

You may have accidentally indicated that you had a dependent when you initially started the return. The information entered in the federal return carries over to the state return. To check on this, go to My Info (left-hand menu bar in TurboTax Online) and check on your entries.
