Issue with my Vt refund

Turbo tax is telling me I need a efile number for an lc142 form that I do not need spoke with the state of VT they told me its an issue with turbo tax

Issue with my Vt refund

I entered 14 hyphens and it worked. Everything I have read and researched indicate that this is a TurboTax issue, not a state issue. As long as NO numbers are entered, the State will view the hyphens/dashes as a blank field.
