Where are you in the process? It's still early in the year, and the IRS won't even begin accepting returns until January 23, 2017.

I have completed taxes but getting a message about document not being finalized?

Some of the federal forms are not yet finalized and released to TurboTax. Once those forms are received and approved by TT, you'll be able to file. See the info below which shows federal forms and anticipated date of finalization.
