There is no such federal tax credit.  If your state has such a credit it will be on your state return.

The Working Families Tax Credit will provide payments up to $1,200 to individuals and families who meet certain eligibility requirements. The program is sponsored by the Washington State Department of Revenue and is a state-funded Program. To see if you qualify you may go to the Eligibility Assistant.
