Is PA LST categorized as "Other deductible state or local tax" or as "Other not classified"?

The PA local services taxes would be Other Deductible State or Local taxes. These taxes meet the criteria to be deductible because they are "levied for the general public welfare. The charge must be uniform against all real property in the jurisdiction at a like rate."
