Question

is form 3520 filed with CA state return?

filing with FED, do I include it with my CA state return too?

    An IRS Form 3520, Annual Return To Report Transactions With Foreign Trusts and Receipt of Certain Foreign Gifts, is not included with the federal tax return.  It is sent separate from the tax return.

    No, it is not included with the California state tax return.
