Hello,
I attended a 2 day work conference in South Carolina due to which my company issued me a W2 that shows a portion (small) of my pay was wage earned in SC. As I was going through the process of figuring out taxes due there, TT prompted me to identify interest and dividend income that is taxable in South Carolina. Does this mean that 2/365 (fraction of the year spent in SC) of my OVERALL interest and dividend income for the year is taxable in SC also?! To be clear, I am not a resident of SC.
Any insight regarding this will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

No...just the W-2 income.
Div and Int income is only taxed there if you actually become a resident of SC.
