Illinois download will not work

Repeated tries and workarounds unsuccessful.  Help.

See if the fixes outlined in the TurboTax Help article State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update... will remedy your state download issue.

Thanks for the suggestions.  The cleanup program did not work however I uninstalled the program as suggested and after reinstalling it the Illinois state functions work.   So back in business.
