If state w/h was taken out for the wrong state for a couple of weeks, what do I answer for Other state income?

State w/h was done for Missouri for 3 pay periods, but it should've been for Maine.

Having withholdings does not mean you had income for the other state. However, you would need to file a Non-Resident return to get a refund of the withholdings, so if you say yes, TurboTax will populate the non resident return for you. You will need to make sure it is reporting $0 for income and then however much you had withheld for withholdings.
