If i work full time in Delaware, but reside in Maryland. Do we have to pay state tax to both states? I paid Delaware $7000 and it says we owe Maryland $4800!!!

TT/Maryland will prepare an Other State Tax Credit for you for some or all of the DE tax on the income that both states are taxing - this helps prevent double taxation.

To make that happen, prepare the nonresident TT/Delaware return first. Then prepare your TT/Maryland return. That way TT/MD can get the info it needs from the completed TT/DE return to prepare that credit for you.
