It depends. Check your W-2. If no tax was taken out to Virginia, then, no. You will only file a WV return because WV and VA are reciprocal states. (FAQ at bottom of screen). In the Personal Info screen, state that you only lived and worked in WV (which keeps the VA return out of TurboTax and is the correct answer. Virginia considers you to be working in West Virginia).
If VA tax was taken out, you will want to file Virginia as a nonresident reciprocal state. This way you get your taxes back that you paid to Virginia. You will have to pay tax on all of your income to West Virginia, however.
