I've already submitted my returns, how can I check if turbotax is going to process payment of taxes that I owe to CT and KS, please?

TT does not pay taxes for you. If your state permits this, all TT does is provide your payment info to them. The state then pulls the payment due.

When you filed each state return, you were told what payment options were available, so check that.
