I started working at Facebook last October. I was there in California for about 2 months for training. My W2 lists both CA and NY. Not sure if I need to fill CA state tax return also. It shows that I owe NY state $1594 in taxes which doesn't seem right at all. Can someone please help with my state tax filing?

You need to file in CA for the income you made in CA.
