I moved to Oregon in January of this year from California. Turbo tax is asking me for my principal /physical address . What is it?

Use your current mailing address. The address listed on your tax return is the address IRS and the states will use if they need to mail you anything.

You should not get any mail from IRS or California, but if you do, it will probably be a tax notice that has a deadline. Having your mail forwarded may give you less time to respond or cause you to miss the deadline.
