I moved from PA to TN. I am doing my state return for PA and it is asking for Nonresident or Part-year income. Is this what I earned in TN after i moved?

No, it is asking you to report the income you earned while still a resident of Pennsylvania.

As I am sure you know, your new home state of Tennessee has very limited state income tax on certain amounts of interest and dividends.
