I'm due a 25.00 credit on my state tax filing

I tried to e-file my State  taxes on May 16th on 2 separate instances.  They were rejected both times.  I ended up having to print my tax returns and send them in by the regular mail on May 17th which I did do.  Can you please credit my Visa for the 25.00 I was charged

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
