I'm a US soldier and my home state is Iowa so idk why I am paying GA Taxes

Since you are active military, in the Personal Info section for your name you should have entered your resident state as Iowa.  Then you need to indicate that you did Not live in any other states.  And if your military pay is your only income you indicate that you did Not earn money in any other state.
