I live in WI and won money in Oklahoma. Is my "Oklahoma Portion" 100% of my winnings or does any of that get claimed in WI?

You may have to pay nonresident tax on an Oklahoma return. It gets reported on your Wisconsin tax return, but if you paid tax in OK you will get a credit so that it does not get taxed twice.
