I have lived in Florida since 1980 and prior to that in Maryland, why do I have to file as a partial resident of Florida?

I have lived in Fl. since 1980, prior to that in the state of Md. Why am I having trouble with my resident status?

Go back to the Personal Info section. Make sure that you entered Florida as your resident state. Also make sure that you indicated that you did Not live in any other states nor make money in any other states.

REFUND OF all NY STATE AND CITY TAXES WITHHELD - DO I NEED TO ATTACH OR HAVE COMPLETED FEDERAL AND/OR WORK/RESIDENCE STATE RETURNS TO NY RETURN THAT IS REQUESTING THE REFUND?
