I am not a resident of PA, I moved to CT prior to 2023, but for my state taxes Pennsylvania is the resident form and Connecticut is the non resident form.

I did not work in PA in 2023 or live there. I only worked in CT. The CT form won’t let me change my non resident status to resident, and PA form says I owe them income tax when I did not work there or live there.

Delete the states, then go back to the personal info section and update your address to CT.  Then select that you did not live or work in any other state other than CT. 

Then go back to the state section and do your state taxes.
