I am filing in Illinois. Last year I completed Schedule 1299-C for River Edge Redevelopment credits. I can't find this for my Illinois state tax this year. Can you help

I hold two stocks that qualify for the River Edge Redevelopment credit but cannot figure out how to enter it for my 2024 taxes.

If you go to the credits section of TurboTax Illinois state tax, it is under the business credits. (see below).
