I work From home in FL. employer is in NY. When i try to file through TurboTax is only gives me $181 refund. they took out normal NYS income tax. Dont I get 100% back

Did your employer issue you a W-2 or a 1099-MISC? Probably a W-2 but I need to be sure since taxes can be withheld and shown on a 1099-MISC also.

Yes I have a W-2 and under item 17 (State Income Tax) it lists state income tax amount
