You can sign up for a payment plan by using Georgia Department of Revenue web site.

The following link gives some information about the payment plan.

https://dor.georgia.gov/payment-agreements

The following video gives better details about the sign up process.

TurboTax does not have a Payment Plan for Georgia. Within TurboTax, select pay by check and file your tax return. Then go to the links above to set up your payment plan.
