Only NJ can tell you that.

First, double check to be sure the tax return was received and accepted by the tax agency:

When you track the state refund, be sure you're only entering the state refund amount, not the combined refunds for both fed and state, or it wont be able to access your information.

If you try to look up your refund from NJ, it will just say "we're working on it".
