How I can tell whether Turbotax e-paid my outstanding balance on my NC state taxes? Turbotax had prompted me for my banking info, but I was prompted to mail in D-400V.

Since it is not possible to pay your taxes due to NC at the time you file (NC doesn't allow it)

.....then you have to either pay by check with the D400V by mail

OR

use the NC payment site instead....either way is acceptable:
