How do I skip filing ohio school district

I live in a non-taxing school district, I am trying to efile and TurboTax isn't allowing me without fixing Ohio return

TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return, you must initiate it.

At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled  "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
      scroll down to School District taxes. 
Or later at the screen  "Your 2020 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
    -Click Other situations
    -Scroll down to School District taxes.

You will reach a screen that gives you the choice to include or exclude the SD return. Click exclude.

In order to be eligible for electronic filing in Ohio while living in a non-taxing school district, you would:

• Go to the left side of the screen
• Select tools
• Delete the form from your state return

This should fix the problem and allow for e-filing.
