How do I get a refund for Ohio taxes paid for an a full year when I was a resident for part of the year? I forgot to have my employer withhold PA taxes.

You will file two part-year resident returns.  You should receive a refund from Ohio for the tax you had withheld there while you were no longer a resident and you will owe tax in PA most likely.  When you are entering your Personal Info in the Federal program, you'll enter all the information about where you lived, and where you worked, and the program will then prompt you to file the correct state returns.  You'll do your OH return first, then PA.

Thank you! I filled out Ohio first, then PA I pro-rated my income and do owe tax. I'm not seeing an Ohio refund for those taxes paid though.

The monitor can't be used for this situation, you need to actually look at the state return to see your refund amount.
