How do I claim the solar powered roof vent in Indiana?

Indiana has a credit for a solar powered roof vent (http://www.in.gov/dor/reference/files/ib105.pdf)  How do I claim the credit with TurboTax?

According to the 2016 individual income tax Instructions, there is no longer a deduction allowed for this.  See the last item below:

"Several Deductions No Longer Available

The following deductions are no longer available.

• Indiana Lottery Winnings Deduction*

• Insulation Deduction

• Law Enforcement Reward Deduction

• Medical Care Savings Account Deduction (Indiana)

• Non-Indiana Locality Earnings Deduction

• Solar-Powered Roof Vents or Fans Deduction"
