How can I file electronically if Michigan 1099-G for unemployment has blank 10a and 10b boxes, although 11 box does have state income tax paid to Michigan?

I get msg that I must file by mail unless these are filled out. Is this true?

enter "MI' in box 10a, and 38-6000134 in box 10b. You will be able to e-file then.
