Hello,
I have a Georgia based LLC (from when I used to live in Atlanta). No other owners/partners than myself and therefore treaded like a sole proprietor. Paid in past taxes with my personal tax return (federal with Schedule C). Moved to Florida end of 2020 and was wondering if I have to file taxes in Georgia. My sole income is from the LLC. Providing remote mental health care services to GA residents. In addition, filing federal taxes jointly with my spouse who is also a resident of FL, working remote for a GA based employer which income should not be taxable in GA.
Thanks for your help!

Georgia does not have their own separate tax return for an LLC, so nothing needs to be filed there. However, you still are subject to the annual $50 registration fee. It is due by April 1. You would make the payment here. GA.gov
Great, thank you!
