Tax Year Prior to 2020: Ga State taxes

Why haven't Ga state accepted my state taxes yet ?

    The Gerogia filing system isn't accepting returns yet.  See this link for more information:

      Well, it is now a few days and still no acceptance from state of GA.  Anyone else with this problem?

      It's Feb 10th still not able to efile GA state form 700
