You will use Form 1310 to apply as a personal representative.  You can access Form 1310 in TurboTax Premier by entering 1310, statement of person claiming refund due a deceased taxpayer in the find box then click on Jump to statement of person claiming refund due a deceased taxpayer in the top Questions box.  Follow the program prompts to complete Form 1310.
