Form 760C: Line 3: Prior year tax liability must be entered.

I didn't submit a Virginia tax return last year, I believe it was because the state only owed me a very small amount of money. What should I do about this field? Is there a way to calculate it?

Never mind, I think this form only popped up because the automatic W2 didn't populate my state income tax correctly for VA so the system thought I owed VA lots of money...after fixing that I no longer need this field.

If you did not submit a Virginia tax return last year, then please enter $0 for your prior year tax liability.
