For a sma;; rebait from California (60) dollars where I don't live. Can i just forget 7 go on?

It is going to cost me to file & all to get the $600.00 back than the re-bail. What would happen if I just forgot the re-bait? I am not worried about California. But what about the feds?

You will not get the second $600 stimulus payment if you do not file a 2020 federal income tax return. The IRS is no longer sending out the second stimulus payment. The only way to get it is to file a tax return. If you do not file, you will not get the payment.
