I did purchase FL state, to fill Tangible Property DR-405. I have properties in multiple FL counties. How do I select multiple Counties. TurboTax only allos 1-county from the drop down.

I don't believe TurboTax has the capability to generate more than one DR-405 and, frankly, you're wasting your time with trying to prepare the form using TurboTax. The reason is many counties have customized the form while a few insist that the form be prepare online at the county property appraiser's web site.

Here's an example of the form for Collier county:

I recommend that you visit each county property appraiser's web site for current and accurate information.

With respect to Miami-Dade County, for example, you can prepare the DR-405 100% online. As another example, the Lee County DR-405 can be prepared online but requires registration with the county (i.e., a taxpayer needs to have an account with the county).

Finally, you're also late filing DR-405; they are always due April 1st and that's for the current tax year (i.e., property is valued as of January 1st and then the DR-405 is due April 1st). There are penalties for late filing, but you may be able to get an extension. However, you must contact the county property appraiser's office.
