I'm attempting to file Massachusetts State taxes. The program is asking me for 1099-HC information I don't have. I'm on Medicare. Can I just enter Medicare number from card?

Medicare is "government-subsidized", not private insurance. MA does not require you to enter any ID numbers.

Complete the MA Health Insurance interview as follows:
    - Health insurance met MCC all year
    - You had "something else" (not private)
    - Select Medicare / MassHealth / Tricare from the list of choices
You don't need to enter 1099-HC information.

Yes. Per the State of Massachusetts, if you did not receive Form(s) MA 1099-HC, enter the name of your insurance carrier or administrator and your subscriber number from your insurance card.

Since you were enrolled in Medicare, you automatically meet the requirements for Minimum Creditable Coverage (MCC).
