Filing non-resident rental income from Hawaii, Name of Business confusing

I'm filing non-resident HI income taxes. I selected filing as Married Filing jointly but the form as for GE entries for business name equals wifes name and business name equals husbands name. What do I do with these two entries? We have file and pay GE and TAT taxes quaterley under one Tax ID.

As long as the tax ID belongs to one of you, filing Married Filing Jointly and having the business name as you both should not matter.
